The pneumatic bollard has been designed to control access to a site with a high level of security, guaranteeing pedestrian access but blocking the area to road traffic.

Corrosion by aluminum oxide and powder coated. A rubber seal is fitted between the retractable bollard and the frame.

All steel parts are protected against corrosion by aluminum oxide and powder coated. The internal parts are made of stainless steel or iron.

Foreign body ingress into the bollard is limited by a circular brush fastened to the cast-iron ground plate. As this does not make the bollard watertight, when installing bollards on an unprotected site, the frame should be connected to a sewage system (in this case, install a backflow stop valve). The post is raised by pneumatic power sized to suit the post type.
